We normally email a few days before your arrival date to confirm this. Cancellation Policy If the booking is cancelled less than 8 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled 8 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to £45 per room booked will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged. Please note that guests will be charged for any damage caused to rooms.
